Abstract
Considering that pollution is a silent killer, the aim of the presentation is to elaborate on the causes and consequences of air pollution, as well as the national and international regulations for a healthy environment. The key question is whether people who migrate out of fear for their lives due to pollution should be treated as refugees or as regular environmental migrants, and whether they would have the same rights.
