Abstract
Mobbing is a specific type of psychological terror in the working environment, carried out by one or more persons for a longer period of time, with constant pressure, sophisticated harrasment, underestimation, isolation and other acts turned toward other employees in order to endanger their reputation, honour, dignity and integrity.
