Abstract
This study explores the evolution and significance of chatbots in the context of artificial intelligence (AI). We trace the historical development of AI and the emergence of chatbots, examining their core features, functionalities, and applications across various sectors, particularly in education. The research includes a hands-on exploration of the chatbot creation process,
demonstrating how these systems can be customized for diverse educational purposes. Our findings reveal that chatbots can significantly enhance human-computer
interaction and improve learning experiences by providing instant support, personalized resources, and facilitating real-time feedback. We conclude with recommendations for future advancements in chatbot
technology, emphasizing their potential to transform educational environments.
