Abstract
Quality management in production of tobacco and tobacco products is a continuous process of improvement of production and meeting the requirements both of the producers and of consumers. The quality management at all levels must be based on permanent activities and improvement of the relations and motivations of the employees, constant information on input and output processes as well as on the total situation in the enterprise, application of professional methods (planning, performing, checking and taking activities), etc.
