Abstract
On the question "Which is the most successful company in your town?", any citizen of Prilep would answer:"Vitaminka". And why is it so successful? Because of the quality of its products, which was confirmed by the external audit in 1998 and the obtained certificate for Quality Management System in February 19, 1999.
Implementation of the Quality System ISO 9001 for development, production and distribution of food products during 1998 resulted not only in including this firm in the international quality standards and maintaining of the existing quality, but also for its improving and futher affirmation of the company.
