Abstract

In the paper, an attempt is made through the analysis of the interpersonal pedagogical
communication discourse to determine the direction of pedagogy tomorrow, because without knowing the past
and understanding the present, the future can not be planned. If we take into account the fact that communication
is a basic feature (mark) of the pedagogical process and its integral element, then it is quite clear that the model
of interpersonal communication and the type of interaction relationships determine the quality of the pedagogical
process as well as the expected results.
