Abstract

Entrepreneurial behavior is a deliberate intentional behavior - a function of identification of opportunity, process of thinking and planning.
EntreComp (EU) defines it as a transversal competence, which applies to all spheres of life: Fostering personal development, active participation in society, (re)entering the labor market as an employee or self-employed, starting ventures (cultural, social or commercial).
Аcting on opportunities and ideas and turning them into value for others (and yourselves) is also one of the definitions of entrepreneurial activity. Intrapreneurship is also considered as entrepreneurship, only inside an organization. The concept is correlated with intentions, competences and differences in gender.
