Abstract
Abstract
The climatic changes will undoubtedly have a dramatic effect on the social living of mankind. Tourism as one of the most developed economic branches, will feel the impact maybe more than the other ones. The new technological achievements such as the Internet and its easy and mass availability, completely change the application of the trade law in tourism. Concluding individual trade agreements on line, although more risky, cannot be prevented by anyone. Tourism will have to be extremely vigilant of the changes and will have to acquire more flexibility and adapt accordingly.
Key words:tourism, climate, population, future, regulations
