Abstract

The overall intention of the project is to combine digital and entrepreneurial skills for the professional
upgrade of young people from North Macedonia, Bulgaria and Poland making them ready to start their
own local companies thus making them leaders in the economic market. The project will contribute to the
digital transformation of society and the entrepreneurship community through the development of digital
readiness, resilience and capacity of the young people who are the main target of this project. The young
people will pass through several different modules and mentorship sessions that will prepare them to
become future digital entrepreneurs. The project will lead towards inclusion and diversity in all fields of
education, training, youth and sport through the involvement of the project partners and targeting a
diverse and inclusive group of young people who will be invited to participate in the training program
developed through this project. Moreover, a diverse and inclusive group of young people will be created
as a non-formal network of future digital entrepreneurs from participating organisations. The project in a
long run will strengthen the employability of young people and open new opportunities for them through
their empowerment for starting digital enterprises or transforming the existing ones into digital ones.
Digital enterprises as a new sector will open new opportunities and possibilities for the young people in
the country excepting to influence the decrease of the brain drain in the country. Finally, the project will
create a new, innovative certified training program for future digital entrepreneurs that will strengthen
young people`s digital skills and competencies.
