Abstract
An individual review of compliance with pharmacovigilance in the European Union/EEA is given, the specificities for the countries of the region: Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania and Kosovo are presented, as well as the trend of compliance in terms of regulatory requirements and their possible harmonization in the near future.
