Abstract
The main purpose of this research is to explore the fine system in Republic of North Macedonia, and research the area of enforcement, with special focus on the priorities in the enforcement procedure.
The authors focused on the legislative for competition law, alongside with the practical aspect of this topic. The added value emerge from the in-depth analysis of the official reports of the Commission for protection of competition law.
