Abstract
The crucial role or significance of management in R. North Macedonia, and thus the managers, consists in the fact that they lead the company in the field of tourism and catering towards achieving the goals in the most efficient and effective way. Each company has a specific goal for which it exists, and the management has the responsibility to exploit them and to combine organizational resources in the most optimal way, thus achieving the company's goal.
