Abstract

Actions on the issue of human trafficking worldwide, produced by worrying indicators of its emergence and the inexhaustible taking of a large swing with no prospect of preventing it, show striking signs of a steadily increasing number of victims in the process. This fact increases the responsibility of each state to mobilize its overall structure to combat one of the greatest evils of the modern world, in order to avoid the incidence of human trafficking within its territory. The engagement in the field of documented framing of efforts to eradicate modern slavery is continually improving, prompting states to take a closer look at the seriousness of the problem from the point of view of its incidence within their borders. Documenting the most important benchmarks that profiles the problem is the starting point where a society should first show its strengths and resist it from the moment it attempts to take root in its structure.
