Abstract
Overall achievements in improving the social structure of combating trafficking in human beings and its relentless attack on the quality of human life, including the youngest, in terms of establishing a legal basis for organized action against it, as well as institutional coverage involving participants from all sectors of action in the direction of protection and preservation of human rights, are rooted in the well - performed analysis of the shortcomings in society and the finding of key points from which the sure step towards suppressing the emergence of the phenomenon should begin. Offering recommendations and proposals for filling the gaps and preparing the state for a concrete response that will cover all aspects caused by the continuous swing of the human trafficking within its boundaries, the implementation of the documented offers for quick reaction of the society against it, led to the creation of a structure capable to confront and resist the unstoppable and increasingly present phenomenon. The successful realization of the strategically set goals in the documents that are the basis for action in direction of prevention, suppression and control of internal human trafficking in Republic of North Macedonia, positively assessed by the international community based on the visible facts of engagement of all involved, from state institutions, non - governmental sector, to the volunteers involved in the long - term project for suppression the reasons for its occurrence, constantly sets the imperatives for a new and deeper approach to human trafficking and its termination before it is done, judging and sanctioning traders, not omitting the view from the inevitable increased need for help and care of the injured, ie the victims of the process. An integral part of the activation of the institutional structure is the direct assistance and support, ie the reintegration of persons profiled as victims of the crime of trafficking in human beings, as one of the most important elements in policies that deal with this crime at the state level. The readiness of a society to successfully return the trafficked person to its flows and developments is a success not only for the effectively reintegrated person in terms of its personal and professional security, but also for the community itself which thus prevents revictimization while strengthening the general awareness and understanding of the dangers that lead to human trafficking whose victims are subject to random selection and no individual is immune to it.
