Abstract

The highly intertwined state of today's world is largely attributed to successful management. In this context, management is incorporated into every segment of modern corporations, be it the manufacturing sector, the service sector, education or any other organized form. Hence, the need arises from the great search for competent persons, in order to present the most important key to success. The importance of management is also reflected in the permanent growth of managerial jobs. Those who have proven to have the necessary
ability to be successful managers have done well in terms of their qualifications.
