Abstract

In this book are outlined some economic models along with their foundations. The first chapter is focused on micro foundations, while the second explains some of the models tied to these micro foundations. Next, in the third chapter we present some aspects of Ricardian equivalence hypothesis, followed by modeling pseudoequilibrium or nonexistence of equilibrium in incomplete markets in the fifth chapter. Finally, the last two chapters debate the economic growth through OLG model where we give numerical examples.
