Abstract

The current circumstances in pandemic and any further threatens turn thee attention to vaccine in order to improve the immunization to the global population. The conventional and traditional vaccine formulations exert disadvantages, particularly related to immunogenicity, stability, and storage of the final product. Different approaches to vaccine formulation development, the conventional vaccine formulations from the past, the current development of lipid nanoparticles as vaccines, and the near future microneedles formulations are discussed in this lecture.
