Abstract
The monograph provides a retrospective of anti-monopoly regulations in US, EC and Macedonia. It provides definitions of key concepts relevant for regulating monopolistic behaviour on the market. It further provides analysis of the landmark judgments relevant for anti-monopoly regulation in the EU and EC. The regulation of monopolistic behavious on the market is still a hot issue in many states, including Macedonia, and this book points out to its roots.
