Abstract

Thermodynamics is a part of physical chemistry that considers processes in which the differences in the heat content between two systems is the driving force for many processes to occur. The dynamic equilibria taking place in nature are all related to the principles of thermodynamics. We give in this lecture a comprehensive overview on basic principles and definitions of thermodynamics that can help students of pharmacy in order to better understand some of the processes related to the drug actions and drug distribution. Lecture is written in Macedonian.
