Abstract
We provide the readers entire working MATCHAD file for calculating the square-wave voltammograms of a "surface CEE Mechanism" with explanation of all parameters used in the simulations. The file is provided for everyone to perform simulations of this complex two-step redox mechanism that is coupled with a preceding chemical reaction. Analysis of kinetic and thermodynamic parameters related to the chemical step can produce a complex voltammetric patterns that can be successfully resolved via the means of square-wave voltammetry. Model is suitable to evaluate kinetics and thermodynamics of enzyme-substrate, drug-drug, and metal-ligand interactions.
