Abstract
Mobile phones, especially Android based ones, are an important part of human everyday lives. Today smartphones have incorporated sensors that can be used for recognition of human activities. In recent years, Human Activity Recognition (HAR) through smart phones became a well-known field of research. Activity recognition is used in applications in healthcare, smart environment, country security,and entertainment. In this paper we are giving a survey of applications and implemented systems for high level activity recognition using android smart phone sensors.
