Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the adverse physical factors in the carine department as
sources of stress in patients who are accommodated in this department and the level of satisfaction from the
indicated health care by the nurse which is the prevention of stress in patients.
As a material, it was taken a sample of 78 patients who were hospitalized at the caril department at the State
Hospital in Skopje, while the time period of the research was from December 1, 2018 to February 15, 2019.
The method and instrument of the survey is a questionnaire with four groups of questions (general data and reasons for hospitalization, satisfaction from the indicated health care by the nurse and the influence of the physicalstress factors).
