Abstract

Marketing is probably the most important business function in the contemporary business and a factor of success. The development of technology, communication boom and the Internet have enabled social media to position themselves as one of the most important marketing tools available to the marketer in the successful realization of the set marketing goals. In this process of social media conversation, it is very important that all marketers' employees are involved, as they can contribute to the business success of their organizations.
