Abstract

Abstract: In this paper, a new model of protective clothing for special purposes was made. The model is advanced and modular, and consists of 27 construction parts that are carefully designed and built to respond to the basic need, which is a high degree of protection. The material that was used to create the new model is PA 6.6 with a waterproof layer used as a cover external material. Material savings are of great importance in the construction of protective clothing/vest models, as these materials have a high price on the market. For this paper, 5 cutting layouts were made for the basic material PA6.6. Each cutting layout shows a different degree of material utilization. Factors affecting the degree of utilization are also shown. Key words: textile materials, cutting layouts, outer material.
