Abstract
Tuberculosisis still a big health problem in the world.Acording to the World Health Organization
(WHO) in 2015 there are registered 10,4 millions new cases with tuberculosis and 1,8 millions died from
tubrculosis.The resistance toward antituberculotic drugs is health problem that is threat for control of
tuberculosis on global level. In 2015 there are estimated 480 000 cases with multidrug -resistant tuberculosis
(MDR-TB) und 190000diedfrommultidrug-resistant tuberculosis. Resistant and multidrug-resistant tuberculosis
in Macedonia is under control.In theperiod from 2010 to 2016 there are registered only 17 cases with multidrugresistant
tuberculosis
