Abstract
Abstract
In the clinical stage of the disease with appropriate medical monitoring and lack or reduction of inflammatory events (increased temperature, negative changes in EKG, etc.) it is acceptable that patients are gradually physically activated by appropriate methods of kinesitherapy in the first day of hospital stay. In a sub-acute stage of the disease, the use of kinesitherapy is spread after regular activities with exercises under the form of kinesitherapy. It is a basic, physiological tool for improving and maintaining the health status of patients with myocardial infarction and for increasing their functional state.
Aim
To show a program of kinesitherapy for adults and people in ages with myocardial infarction.
Materials and methods
The method covers a preparatory and basic period. In the beginning, respiratory and general developmental exercises with and without devices, exercises for strength, endurance, coordination, relaxation and exercise with a dosage overwhelming are applied. Walking, running, applied with different variations, alone or in combination with other exercises. Walking and running gradually increased is the best exercise for adults with coronary disease.
Results
With the help of kinesitherapy exercises, the circulation and the respiration are improved for training the heart. Hemodynamic values are controlled after the physical dosage overwhelming.
Conclusion
The intensity of the physical burden is the most important condition for achieving good results, but this should not be taken absolutely for adults and people in ages. With the load it is necessary to achieve optimal intensity and for this reason, in practice, it is recommended to load with medium and moderate intensity in the extended time.
