Abstract

In most non-metal mineral industry operation has fugitive dust account largest part of total dust emission.These dust emissions can cause a variety of problems including materials loss,hazards for employs health, equipment explosions, high maintenance costs and regulatory concerns.This is especial problem with plants located near the urban areas, like it`s Usje cement works.This paper discuse actual measures for fugitive dust control in Usje cement works and possibilities for application of new high efficient and cost effective dust control technologies.Special attention on PM 10 emission control is given.
