Abstract
Conflict situations are a part of our every days life. They present a normal and inevitable enterprise phenomenon. Conflicts, as a part of employees personal and professional life occur when there is a conflict of interests, goals, opinions and feelings as well, among the employees of a certain enterprise. Within this paper we provide you the theoretical overview of the meaning conflict, the definition of the term, types of conflicts in the enterprise and possible solutions for overcoming any certain conflict, as well. In every days work, the employees and the management of the enterprise are interfering with conflict situations. Within here will be explained the facts that generate this type of conflicts in the enterprise and the conflict situations that cause certain impact on the working performance. This type of conflicts can decrease and defocus the management and the employees in implementing the work strategy and goals achievement. From where we are standing we can say that conflicts might have a particular positive and negative effect, or positive and negative affection of the enterprises work. The connection between conflicts and execution cause a certain interest in perceiving the direct and indirect impacts on business conflicts. In todays modern management certain conflict situations are accepted as real and is expected by the manager to manage and successfully solve any conflict situation that is brought up to him. The process of managing and solving organizational conflict situations consists of perceiving the situation from the aspect of conflict representation and maintaining the optimal level of conflict situations. Successfully managing and maintaining the optimal level of conflict situations in order to exploit the positive execution effects, points to leadership skills in conflict management and knowledge in methods and strategies for solving conflict situations in the enterprise. Stimulating a contest between the employees, by which they will be directed in finding new ways to advance the working environment, that will encourage the employees creativity and replacing the strict procedures and regulations that contribute in creating enterprise conflicts are just some of the approaches in overcoming the negative conflicts and encouraging the positive conflicts. Examining the employees opinions and views, regarding the role of the manager in creating, recognizing and managing conflict situations will be the conclusion of this paper. Modern managers must be able to recognize the reasons that cause conflicts and to be able to apply adequate techiques and models in solving those conflicts
