Abstract
We are today witnessing the revolutionary advance of technology and its usage in teaching. This
affects the educational system and the way people collaborate and work in society. This progressive
advance of technology offers a new educational model that is firmly incorporated into the study of
foreign languages. This paper makes a professional review of teaching with multimedia as an
educational tool, reasons for using multimedia in teaching foreign languages, and the advantages and
disadvantages of using it
