Abstract

Nowadays, it is absolutely necessary to talk publicly and extensively about the need and the importance of correctly educating the children, because these are times when our youth has found itself in a dead-end, under the pornographic stamp and the destructive movies filled with violence, and has started to lose the right path and follows the path toward disaster. The religious education is in an educational crisis. All of the glorious temples, the unmeasurable wealth of the priests, the religious services and the numerous parishes, monasteries, religious schools and other institutions, and also the large publishing leave an impression that the church is unable to expand its mission in a way of educating not only the lost generations, but also to systematically teach the future generations as well and to consequently stop the secularization process of the church and to educate not only religious people, but also active worshippers. It has never been harder to penetrate into the mentality and the character of a mature person or a child and to gain its trust. The children are taught as fanatics since birth. The school create a vicious and stern professional. The child’s best friend is the computer. Children spent most of their time in front of the TV watching contents that ruin its fragile psychophysical being. Therefore to help the concerning moral and spiritual crisis which entails the question of the realization of the religious education in the modern school, we will try to work on several questions related to the realization of the religious education in the modern school. This is a modest contribution toward the explanation of this important problem and also toward the introduction of the religious education in the modern school.
