Abstract
Challenges and different aspects
-simple and user-friendly algorithm to estimate the waiting time of a specific user joining a queue for which we know
-the current length
-statistics about inter-arrival, service time and waiting time
-trend-fashioned forecast of mean-values and variances
-output: range with the estimated waiting time
-smart choice of the data, finding the sampling
-extension to multi-service framework
