Abstract
This lecture deals with the pharmacokinetic aspects of Radiopharmaceuticals- absorption, distribution, metabolism and elimination (ADME)and the factors that influence these processes.
In addition, mechanisms of localization of radiopharmaceuticals are ellaborated, along with specific practical examples.
