Abstract
The subject of analysis in this paper is the importance of the trademark rights and their influence on the economic turnover. Initially, an overview of the manners of acquiring a subjective right are given. The author points out that the protection of the trademark affects positively on the economic growth and development, that is, generates legal certainty for entrepreneurs in the field of building of their image through the trademark prism, signs of their products. Furthermore, through the principle of good faith indicates its close connection with the principles on which rests a healthy and fair competition in the field of industrial property. Namely, the purpose of this paper is to indicate that the only effective protection system will contribute to the stabilization of the economic transactions of goods and services, which is essential for the growth and development of the economic parameters worldwide.
