Abstract
This paper shows the results obtained on the basis of research in the Macedonian companies whether they are committed to training and development of its еmployees; is the top management willing to improve the knowledge and skills and to transfer that knowledge onto the employees which is the basis for continuous improvement of quality. The results of this research has shown the need of creating a methodology for organizational education as part of the overall methodology for the design and implementation of TQM (Total Quality Management) in companies that should help them enhance the quality of work and their business performance.
