Abstract
The authorization is an act of representation, given by
one person to another person. The person who gives the power of attorney to another person can convey only the authority that he personally own because nobody can give to another more rights than he himselves has. Using the authorization, the authorized person obtains the legal authority to enter into legal transactions in the name and on behalf of person who gave him that authorization. In legal practice the term authorization means both the occurrence of authority, and the document of authorization. Authorization is the most common and most
frequently used form of representation.
