institution which is responsile for strategic level of
decision making and interagency, international
coordination and coordination among the local
authorities.RISKS AND THREATS ACCORDING The subjects of the Crisis Management
System are obligated to communicate,
share information and colaborate
continually and their activities and
operations are coordinated by the
Crisis Management Centre.
