Abstract
Nowadays tourism has seen constant growth globally and in the competitive tourism market hotels enrich the offer of tourist destinations through the quality of services.
Research from relevant literature related to tourism show, that tourists when choosing accommodation in large part use the internet as an essential tool, and comments from customers for a given hotel is of great importance for their final choice. The purpose of this paper is to examine the quality of services in hotels with five stars in the Republic of Macedonia. The research is based on the presentation of reviews of clients who have stayed in these hotels and their assessment of the international information system booking.com. Guest reviews related to hotels are analyzed and presented in tables, leading to recommendations for future improvement of the quality of services in hotels of high category in Republic of Macedonia.
