Abstract
Institute of representation (Agency) in obligations and trade relations is getting more popular because of the variety of legal relationships between legal entities, the mobility of legal entities and the growing presence of the international element at the conclusion of the various types of contracts and other legal relations. The establishment, amendment or termination of the legal relationship between the legal entities are conducted rarely directly, or in direct contact with the physical presence of both sides, often using technical means, intermediaries or agents. This fact contributes to the transformation of representation as a legal institution: from the former dominant conception of an ad hoc advocacy, related to the conclusion of the particular contract, in advocacy as a separate business activity. Therefore, there is a special interest about the forms of representation that establishes a close link between the Law on Obligation (Contract Law) and Commercial Law
