Abstract

Yugoslavia a diffacted country is a state found after The second world war. This state's citizn Rauf Fettah Efendi (1910-1963) was a poet and professor in Skopje.
Fettah Rauf, as a well-educated person taught at Medah Medrese which was located Skopje. He was imprisoned by the Tito's Regime and was forced to work in miners. After serving sentence he was appointed as an expert to study the ottoman documents in the state archives and died while working in his office.His grave is in Butel Cementery in Skopje.
Despite being a good poet Rauf Fettah Efendi's poems were not gathered and published in a book. We believe that political environment had an impact for the ban.
In our statement our issues are going to be poems written from the Yugoslavian's poet Fettah Rauf Efendi to citizens of Turkey scholars and poets Yahya Kemâl and Mehmed Âkif Ersoy
