Abstract
Epilepsy is a condition of the occurrence of chronic and recurrent cerebral attacks are unprovoked. From this definition arises that when epilepsy exclude acute inflammatory factors. But one part of epilepsies are due to known etiological factors (scar after perinatal cerebral hemorrhage) and they are called symptomatic epilepsies with distant etiology, while in others there is no known etiology use the term cryptogenic epilepsy. Epileptic attacks arise from different brain pathologies where different neurohemic, neurofiziologi and neuropatologi mechanisms.Children with epilepsy live in our society and face everi day problems as normal children, because society relevant institutions should show more understanding towards them and their families and to enable as walkthrough more support and assistance in order to They are properly integrated in to the social community.
