Abstract
This paper focuses on the restoration of blurred images which contains barcodes. In the captured image
might appear errors such as blurring or noise. The mistakes occur during the handshake or movement of the
subject. This paper describes the process of deblurring images with barcodes. The purpose is to make Android
application that will deblur images containing barcodes because standard readers can not recognize barcodes from
blurred images. This solution provides deblurring of blurred images and save.
