Abstract
Management in contemporary turbulent operating environment is one of the most important factors for development efficiency and effectiveness of overall business activities. It specifically means that management does not tolerate decisions that are based solely on the past or on a simple extrapolation of current trends in the future.
Management seeks to motivate individual actions that will lead to the achievement of organizational goals and to discourage and prevent those activities that will eventually hinder the achievement of objectives. Management has no meaning if it is separated from the objectives to be achieved. In this paper, outlines certain are given methods and techniques used for forecasting in industrial management.
