Abstract
This paper describes hardware architecture of mobile robot, design and implementation of Android and Windows applications. It is use Bluetooth communication between
mobile phone and mobile robot. The mobile robot is control by applications. Applications send message to the mobile robot to turn left, right or move forward or backward and to stop. The mobile robot is composed of Bluetooth module, Arduino Uno, H-Bridge, two DC motors, jumper wires and Breadboard.
