Choosing a direction in a career is a journey of a life time with possible changes because with it come a lot of possibilities and events. Some young people know what they want to work, but some are never sure that they are doing the right job. For everyone finding the right career is a process of ups and downs which starts with an idea, and demands a lot of researching.
If we accept the view that career lasts during lifetime, career management is continuous process to which isn’t paid attention only just in some important moments, for example when we choose to which school or which university to go, but also in making all the professional and personal decisions which are related to all career situations in the persons’ life.
What are the options of the career planning in high school; career counseling and informing is subject of this paper.
