Abstract
In the context of actual conditions in the world geo-political events and the conflicts in the regions near Europe, EU as an institution has set up a system for prevention and management of the consequences of the crisis which is starting to develop or is already in developed phase. Managing the crises in the conflict regions has a goal to prevent the negative effects of the conflict on the social, economic and security system of the society as well as protecting the EU member countries in general.
