Abstract

In this paper are given the influences of stemming in blast holes. The role of the stemming is to prevent exhaust gases from the bore hole and thus allow the use of gases for power to crushing and rejection. By reducing to direct exhaust gas pressure in the atmosphere are decreasing air strikes and allowing their direction to towards crushing the rocks and properly eject the rocky massif and also reduces and prevents fragments action i.e. flying small pieces with undefined trajectories.
Keywords: mining, stemming (tap), explosion, rocky massif, pressure of gases
