Physical persons are individuals, every human being to whom the law and legal system recognizes the opportunity to be holder of legal authority and responsibility. Various forms of organizations consisted of physical persons, and institutionally recognized by the state, are called legal persons. At the present level of social, legal, political and cultural development, every person is considered to be the legal entity.
