Abstract
Today, Republic of Macedonia is standing firmly on the road towards thе European Union, but it is necessary to show will and prepare for taking over some concrete activities for making a wide society consensus as a condition for the
continuing of the economical and social reforms in the country.
The result of a wide society consensus will give a law framework that will promote a civil and social dialog in Republic of Macedonia.
Having in mind the key national interest, the country should be appointed towards an implementation of positive experiences of the European social model that
is practiced in the member countries of the European Union.
