Abstract
Quality education is the only answer to the new complex requirements imposed by the modern education of XXI century. The basic principles of the movement "Education for All" and the principles that underpin the declaration adopted at the World Conference on "Education for All" held in Jomtien, Thailand in March 1990, refer to the representation of education system as available for everyone, and underline the right of the child to complete, free and quality primary education. Declaration imposes as duty that every child should receive a quality education where differences are accepted as a challenge and wealth, not as a problem, and its educational principles fully belong to the pedagogical science. Educational achievements in the educational process have historically been associated with the quality of teachers as professionals.
This paper presents a theoretical analysis of the findings related to the role of the teacher in inclusive education and possible ways of adapting some methodical approaches in working with children with special educational needs.
