Abstract
The unemployment as a social and economic category causes
negative changes in the development of every community. The unemployment of young people is a long – term problem which leaves consequences to the individuals, to the community,to the economy and society in general.In this paper, we analyzed the problem of unemployment young population
in Republic of Macedonia. The research will be conducted using factor analysis, and the factors which influence to the unemployment of young people will be derived. The results obtained from this analysis identify the key elements which should develop new strategies and polices to
resolve the problem of unemployment of young people in Republic of Macedonia.
